Slurry Wall

Slurry wall is a wall of vertical depth and variable thickness, consisting of elementary panels, either alternating or successive, held in the basement, also able to absorb axial loads, horizontal thrusts and bending moments

The wall may have a static or hydraulic trap function, and can be made of plain or reinforced concrete, pre-molded or coulis, as the intended scope.

Initially used in the construction of cut-off dam to intercept seepage flows, it has been applied in the solution of many problems.

Pre-cast slurry wall

Pre-cast slurry walls consist on a series of reinforced concrete elements, which are prepared at the facility or at the construction site, and are applied in dug trenches with the presence of bentonite slurry, and its subsequent partial filling of the bottom with concrete or mortar.
These panels are designed and armed to respond to submitted requests.

Plastic slurry wall

The slurry wall is a vertical barrier excavated with the use of "coulis" (cement, bentonite and water mixture), aiming to reduce the horizontal percolation of water. To improve its efficiency, the wall should penetrate the underlying layer of impermeable soil.
