Static load tests
The static load test is still the best process to provide an undeniable value of the cargo capacity of an isolated foundation.
The load tests are performed by applying loads to the foundation, in conjunction with the corresponding measure of repression.
The load test on a foundation element can be:
- Compressive;
- Tensile;
- By horizontal stress.
It is important to note that the implementation of evidence loads on foundations, after the curing time of concrete, can be reduced with the use of accelerators of resistance.
